Return & Exchange Policy

At RebelRooted, all of our products are made to order, meaning each item is printed especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we ask that you review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.

However, your satisfaction matters to us.

Returns & Exchanges (14 Days)

We offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase is required

If you received:

  • The wrong item

  • A damaged product

  • A defective print

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it immediately.

Made-to-Order Policy

Because all items are custom printed through our fulfillment partner (Printful), we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind after production has started

That said, we’re happy to offer free exchanges within 14 days for sizing issues, as long as the item is in original condition.

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Clear photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

We’ll provide instructions and make the process easy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

If you'd like, I can also write:

  • A shorter, more casual version

  • A stricter policy (more protective for you)
